I decided to make Friday my off day. In terms of eating habits, it means I am free to eat whatever my heart desires. Normally, this works out well for me because I will just go ahead and eat until I am full (and content with eating my craved foods) and that’s all. But tonight, I ate half my dinner and as I sat on the couch noticing how I felt just perfectly full (not too much and not too little), I mindlessly got up and devoured the rest of the food straight from the refrigerator. Now I’m overly full…yuck.

Don’t cha just hate that? I eat something I love, like chips. And then an hour later when I am all full and gassy and feeling SO crappy I swear I am never eating chips again. Ya right.
I hope I can join you on this journey as I need to motivation too.

Ha ha! I know. I remember so well the night I didn’t sleep AT ALL because I ate too much Taco Bell food (like several tacos, nachos, a couple burritos, etc.). I did find a use for my exercise ball. It was perfect for rolling around the floor in an attempt to soothe my aching, gassy stomach! That was over a year ago…and I still eat at Taco Bell.
